Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. FlyHunter is shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, which may be located outside the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) or due to carrier delays.

Holiday orders

For Christmas delivery in the United States, we recommend ordering by December 5. Orders placed after that date may not arrive before December 25.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can only update the address before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.

International orders

We currently focus on orders to the United States. For orders outside the US, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
