This website is operated by FlyHunter ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. FlyHunter is designed for adults and is not a toy.

3. Product use and safety

  • Use FlyHunter only as intended: to stop flies and small insects with ordinary table salt.
  • Never aim it at people, pets or animals, and never at faces or eyes. Wear eye protection when using it.
  • Keep it out of reach of children.
  • Check your local laws before using it in public places.

You are responsible for using the product safely and lawfully. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse.

4. Products, prices and availability

We try to describe our products and show their colors as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly on different screens. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel orders, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Promotions

Promotional prices, bundles and discounts are valid only for the period shown and can't be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. Reviews and content

Customer reviews shown on our site reflect the opinions of the buyers who wrote them.

9. Intellectual property

The FlyHunter name, website design, text and images belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
